Loss changes everything, and it can feel like hope has gone quiet. Nancy talks about grief as a journey rather than a problem to fix, and how small moments of light can carry us through the valley.
A hard diagnosis can turn our world upside down overnight. This conversation explores holding fear and faith together, leaning on others, and finding hope one day at a time.
Caring for someone we love is a gift and a heavy load. Nancy explores the quiet exhaustion of caregiving, the permission to rest, and where caregivers can find renewal and support.
Forgiveness is rarely easy and never quick. This episode looks at what forgiveness is and isn’t, and how letting go of old hurts can open a door to hope and healing.
Hope grows in community. Nancy reflects on the power of showing up for one another through meals, phone calls and simple presence, and how a caring community can carry us when we can’t carry ourselves.
What do we do when prayers seem unanswered and the season drags on? A candid conversation about doubt, endurance, and the steady faith that can hold us in the hardest stretches of life.
Just before Thanksgiving, Nancy explores gratitude as a practice that changes how we see, even in difficult times. Simple ways to notice the good and let thankfulness feed our hope.
